Nature of Work -

This large, leading edge, GP consortium asked WSP to support it in developing services models and tender documentation that would enhance its role as both a commissioner of innovative community services and as a provider of an increasingly integrated set of services.  WSP have also provided project management support to kick-start its long term conditions strategy.
