WSP has supported health and social care partners in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan in undertaking a data driven review of community based services and support for older people (service mapping, activity, finance and workforce) and to identify opportunities and options for integration. Following agreement across all parties to further integration WSP has provided support  in the development of an integration plan.
