The Whole Systems Partnership have been asked to undertake, in partnership with local stakeholders, the development of a comprehensive commissioning model for Early Intervention in Psychosis services. It is planning to undertake this work by appraising both national and local policy and stakeholder expectations and then building a model that will be shared and developed in a workshop environment. As well as developing a future model of service the work will identify implementation proposals to ensure progress is made toward realising this model within a reasonable period of time.
