WSP have facilitated a project with the National End of Life Care team to explore the potential application of predictive modelling approaches to end of life care.  The objective is to identify contributions these techniques can make to identifying those with end of life care needs on a local GP practice list and to help understand needs, particularly amongst the frail elderly, during the last year of life.
