Nature of Work -

WSP supported NHS Warrington and Warrington Borough Council in two stages of work surrounding their intermediate care procurement.  In the first instance our support consisted of the development of a service model, supported by capacity simulation, that would form the basis of future procurement of services.  WSP were then asked to support the procurement process, including the application of the capacity simulation to business proposals from tenders.
