WSP are working with the National Association of Primary Care to support Primary Care Networks to develop workforce plans that reflect local needs. The approach is consistent with the NHS Long Term Plan and the new GP contract and builds on NAPCs work on their Primary Care Home service model. The project also builds on WSPs work with STPs and CCGs in developing strategic workforce plans for the whole workforce and dovetails with similar work on local health care, social care and the wider independent and voluntary sector.
