East Midlands SHA Workforce Planning leads have asked WSP to undertake a series of systems modelling projects that map Next Stage Review/Darzi pathway redesign to workforce considerations. This work will inform strategic commissioning of workforce and training. The parallel pieces of work have been Maternity services, Long Term Neurological Conditions and Trauma
