Nature of Work -

WSP undertook workforce modelling to explore the impact of proposals in the national PEEP project. This produced evidence to inform the appropriate targets for paramedic recruitment both nationally and locally. The work was supported by Health Education East Midlands and now forms the basis for national recruitment for this key professional group.
