Reablement toolkit for Local Authorities

Nature of Work -

WSP has developed a reablement toolkit in conjunction with the Social Services Improvement Agency in Wales. This can now be made available more widely to Local Authorities. The toolkit, provided in an online learning environment, includes a database of local services, self assessment tool utilising a gold standard and generic capacity tool designed to indicate the scale and impact of an optimised reablement service. It provides Local Authorities with the tools they need to develop their plans and test out alternative options for themselves.
