Nature of Work -

This project was designed to make the links between a wide range of initiatives including a number of more focussed reviews. It provided local partners with a comprehensive strategic framework for developing a new balance in the model of care for older people. An addendum to this piece of work looked specifically at redesigning services for older people with Mental Health needs.
