This review of the commissioning and provision of services for people with a Learning Disability is being conducted on behalf of Bradford Council and Bradford & Airedale PCT in conjunction with Bradford District Care Trust.  It involves extensive stakeholder engagement, a thorough mapping of current service provision and detailed analysis of performance, both financial and outcomes.  The output will be both a commissioning framework and service model together with an implementation plan for taking the service forward.
