WSP has supported St Christopher’s in preparing them for contract negotiations with local CCGs.  The work consisted of a review of local data and population health needs as well as a high level review of trends in income and expenditure.  The ‘critical friend’ role enabled St Christopher’s to frame a simple, constructive and evidence based set of proposals to bring contracting arrangements up to date and in a way that provided incentives for new evidence based models of care.
