Nature of Work -
WSP have calibrated their Cohort model for end of life care needs for the three localities across Wiltshire. This entailed securing a high level analysis from local death statistics, calibration of the modelling tool and then holding a workshop to explore the model and set realistic targets for meeting people’s end of life care needs and expectations more fully.
